Welcome!
You are receiving this e-newsletter compliments of Jennifer Omner.
Marketing Tip
Have you started your e-newsletter? Remember that frequency is more important than length. People appreciate information they can use right away. If your issue is too long people will likely save it to read later and never get back to it. I recommend sending a page or less every two weeks. Make your issues brief, frequent, and useful for the best results.
Book Tip
The Northwest Association of Book Publishers (NWABP)
is hosting a series of marketing and publishing seminars beginning May 17. Learn about publishing models, the current marketplace, and effective marketing techniques. Click here for more information about the seminars.
Tidbit
Are you familiar with TED.com? TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, and Design and the website makes the best talks and performances from TED available to the public, for free. A particularly interesting talk is by brain researcher Jill Bolte Taylor who studied her own brain functions as she was having a stroke; listen to My Stroke of Insight.
