Book Tip

If you're writing a children's book, consider gathering information from a focus group consisting of children. They will undoubtedly spot items that had previously gone unnoticed. For instance, an author recently told me that a child noticed a small inconsistency between an illustration and her written description of a character.

The Northwest Association of Book Publishers helps independent publishers market and produce books. Monthly meetings generally focus on marketing topics to help authors sell their books.
