Willamette Writers is sponsoring a Writers Faire on Tuesday, December 1, at the Old Church in downtown Portland (1422 SW 11th). The doors open at 6:30 p.m. If you're a member of Willamette Writers and interested in selling your books at the event, contact Randal Houle, VP of Programs, at randalhoule@yahoo.com. Table space must be reserved in advance. There will be announcements about events in the writing community, readings, refreshments, and mingling. The Writers Faire is free to the public and a great holiday gift buying opportunity.

Book Tip

Many writers wanting to self publish ask me what is required to start a publishing company. At a minimum, publishers need a company name, address, phone number, and email address.
