Publicize your book readings in local calendars of events as well as to your friends, family, and social networks. If you're in the Portland, Oregon area, the PDX Cultural Calendar offers information about local events and authors can submit details about their readings. Do you know of other good calendars? Share them with me and I'll publish a list in a future e-newsletter.

Book Tip

Vary the length of your sentences to hold interest. A one-word sentence carries impact; choose that word carefully.
